Wolves have completed the signing of Portuguese winger Daniel Podence from Olympiacos on a four-and-a-half-year deal. The fee is understood to be £17m, which makes the 24-year-old the third most expensive signing in the club’s history behind Raul Jimenez (£32m) and Adama Traore (£18m).
Podence becomes the 10th Portuguese player within manager Nuno Espirito Santo’s current squad, and is part of the same Sporting Lisbon academy that produced goalkeeper Rui Patricio and midfielder João Moutinho. 11.00am GMT
