For those who simply can’t bear to see the empty space where their
Christmas trees once stood – there is another option. Valentine’s trees.
That’s right, people are decorating trees with hearts ahead of 14 February. And while it might sound utterly ridiculous (bear with us here), we’re thinking: why the hell not? January is a pretty dull month, after all.
Rather than the glittery golds and silvers that December trees bring, expect vibrant reds, pastel pinks, loads of hearts and ALL of the roses.
The trend is taking off on
Instagram, mainly spearheaded by those in the US, with people sharing photos of their love heart-adorned trees. And some have really gone to town on the decoration-front.Related...
