A Georgia state judge on Wednesday dismissed six of the 41 charges in the criminal case against former President Donald Trump. This decision affects three of the 13 felony counts Trump is charged with, without touching the primary accusation of a racketeering conspiracy related to attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia, Politico reports. The dismissal also pertains to charges against some of Trump’s notable co-defendants, including Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, and Mark Meadows.
