American trade pact have already resolved some issues of concern, House Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal declared Friday.
The nine-member USMCA working group met with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer about the Trump administration’s counteroffer on how to resolve Democrats’ four prevailing concerns on the deal’s enforcement, labor and environmental standards and drug pricing provisions.
