BBC Breakfast presenter revealed she never eats past a certain time at the Hertfordshire home she shares with husband James Haggar and their two cats. She said, according to reports, in the Mirror : "I never eat after six at night. I'm disciplined about snacking but I'll have one or two squares of dark chocolate and a glass of wine in front of the television with my husband." Naga gets up super early from Thursday to Saturday when she presents BBC Breakfast with Charlie Stayt. She also has a show on BBC Radio 5 Live and said she wakes up at 3.45am on her BBC Breakfast days.
