Stacey Solomon shared a family struggle during the latest episode of
BBC ’s Sort Your Life Out. The TV personality has been appearing in the fourth series of the declutter show and on Tuesday, March 26 the fifth episode aired. During the episode Stacey and her crack team of helpers – including Dilly Carter, who returns to the programme following
cancer treatment – met a family with three children. Charlie and Keith, from Bonnybridge in
Scotland, required a bit of help to tidy their extremely cluttered house. Upon meeting the couple and their three energetic children, Stacey was taken aback – she herself has five children with husband Joe Swash. “Oh, my goodness. Strictly Come Dancing announcement after Celebrity Big Brother Stacey then joked: “I have got three [aged] four and under as well. It's like when there's two, you've got one in each hand. When there's three, it's like, where does the other one go? Do I just kick it over here?” In response Keith said: “When you have more children than hands, I think it becomes tough.” Elsewhere in the episode, the dad-of-three revealed that the journey towards becoming parents took two years and it didn’t look like it would happen. Keith shared how doctors had told him that the reason him and Charlie couldn’t conceive was because of him. “Being told that you’re the reason you can’t have kids, it was quite a lot to take on,” he said. Charlie added: “That was a difficult thing to hear.” They ultimately had their children following IVF treatment – something which Charlie credits as the reason their house became so messy. Elsewhere in the episode Stacey consoled Charlie after she told her that she’d had a miscarriage. “It was devastating losing our first child,” Charlie said. “What do you think makes you want to put on a brave face?” Stacey asked and Charlie replied: “I think it’s just my coping strategy. We’ve got three beautiful boys and that’s what keeps me going.” At the end of the episode Stacey showed Keith and Charlie their ‘new’ and less-cluttered home.
