The 'Pitch Perfect 3' actress and the late-night host sang renditions of classic holiday songs that included "Jingle Bells" and "Deck the Halls."Rebel Wilson and Jimmy Fallon sang comical versions of holiday songs, revamped by Google Translate, during Tuesday night’s broadcast of NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The late-night host and Pitch Perfect 3 star had fun cycling lyrics through Google Translate, which transformed "Deck the Halls" to "The Homes Are Covered."
“The homes are covered with a bush … it’s a happy weather event,” Wilson sang as she read the lyrics displayed on the monitor.
"Those lyrics should be the lyrics," the actress joked afterward, with Fallon mentioning that they could be "future holiday classics." "Yeah. Or not," Wilson quipped.
Later, Fallon sang "Jingle Bells," which was translated as "Bells Make Sounds." "Escaping from ice, a horse jumps on its foot, we compete in grass, he laughs at options," he crooned, as Wilson danced along.
For their final song, the pair sang a duet. "Yeah, I mean it would be a waste not to," Wilson said. The late-night host and actress began singing "Walking in a Winter Wonderland," which was translated as "I Ran Through the Land of Cold Unknowns."
