London, the project will take place 25,000 years before any Star Wars story we’ve seen before, honing in on the origins of the Force. A release date for the film has not yet been set. Disney +’s Star Wars series Andor , starring Diego Luna, Willimon is best known for creating Netflix’s acclaimed political drama House of Cards , which ran for six seasons. More recently creating Hulu’s sci-fi drama series The Firs t, he earned an Oscar nomination for his co-writing of the political thriller The Ides of March , directed by and starring George Clooney, and also co-wrote the Oscar-nominated period drama Mary
Queen of Scots , starring Saoirse Ronan and
