Actress held nothing back as she expressed how "boring" she found the show to be - which prompted 23-year-old Lucia to respond to her criticism with a video shared on TikTok and X, formerly known as
Twitter . In this short clip, which featured Joanna speaking on her TV podcast, Lucia can be seen relaxing in her own home and eating a banana, while donning a pair of tracksuit bottoms and large shirt while her post is captioned with: "POV: you wrote a TV show and Stacey West hates it." Social Media users flocked to the comment section as they were reeling from Joanna's harsh criticism, with one responding to Lucia's post with: "I thought this was a joke and was promo for your show… then I realised Joanna was being serious. All of that when she could’ve just said 'not for me.'" Meanwhile, another fumed: "I cannot understand how anyone could speak about another young woman like this", just as a third fan chimed in: "This is just mean from Joanna. Surely she must know how much hard work goes into writing and creating a TV show. It’s ok to say that a show was underwhelming, didn’t meet expectations or isn’t to your taste but to say it’s 'shit/boring' over and over again in a rant is just mean." Indeed, in a recent instalment of Off The Telly, Joanna's statements were categorical: "Do you know what things I should have done? Not bothered to f*****g watch it." Despite recognising Lucia's talent, Joanna dug deeper when she declared Things You Should Have Done "unbearable" and insisted she had been "bored" while watching the series. "I think she’s obviously talented but I think the show was shit and I don’t often think that, right? And i wanna say well done on you because she’s got her own show."
