Louis Tomlinson has hit back at a report about the break-up of One Direction, which was published to coincide with the ninth anniversary of the group being formed.

The singer tweeted a screengrab of a story which included the headline: “Drugs, meltdowns and ‘gay sex’ rumours – how ‘rivalry and hatred’ tore One Direction apart.”Keen to pour cold water on the claims, Louis labelled the article the “biggest load of bullshit I’ve seen in a while”.
