London and author of Food for Life , says that it is his "favourite way to use kefir." Often being asked what he eats, the health guru says he likes to "mix things up as much as possible". It consists of a simple mix of yogurt, kefir, berries and as many nuts and seeds as he can manage from his "diversity jar to get me to my 30 plant goal." His go-to brekkie contains kefir and a range of seeds and nuts which he simply put in a bowl. He tops it with fresh fruit too such as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Calling it "delicious" he urges people to try it.
