When Elly, with the help of feline-hating real-life spy Aidan (Sam Rockwell), discovers that her story mirrors the actions of an actual spy organization, a dangerous game of cat and mouse ensues. In order to stay one step ahead of the syndicate’s assassins while also working to prevent a global crisis, these two unlikely conspirators — accompanied by Alfie the cat — find themselves in an adventure story of their own.” You can watch the
trailer for Universal Pictures’ Argylle below: Along with Howard, Cavill, and Rockwell, Argylle stars Bryan Cranston, Catherine O’Hara, Sofia Boutella, Dua Lipa, Ariana DeBose, John Cena, and Samuel L. Jackson. Argylle is directed by Vaughn (Kick-Ass, Kingsmen: The Secret Service), with the script written by Jason Fuchs. Vaughn also produced the movie alongside Fuchs, Adam Bohling, and David Reid. Claudia Vaughn, Carlos Peres, Zygi Kamasa, and Adam Fishbach serve as executive producers. The film was released in
United States theaters in February 2024. It made approximately $96.1 million at the global
box office off an estimated budget of $200 million. In celebration of Argylle’s upcoming streaming debut,
