No one wants to be stuck in the aircraft for hours on end with limited legroom and surrounded by people you don't know. For everyone on board, it's usually all about the destination rather than the journey itself. And so tensions can sometimes run a bit high when people clash. One of the biggest issues when it comes to air travel is seating, with some brazen passengers taking whichever spot they fancy, rather than their assigned space. Swapping seats is fairly common when groups aren't able to get seats beside each other, but it is polite to ask first and understand that your request may not be accepted. They were clearly not moving, and the seats were identical so we just sat in their D-E-F seats. Whatever, not worth worrying about. "Well, until the mum who initially refused to even look at us leaned over to ask me if our USB and outlets were working. Yes, while I had headphones on. "'Why yes, yes they are. Oh my, are yours not?' 'None of them?' 'Isn't that a shame? Especially since we sat on the runway for a bit over an hour and it is a long flight. I imagine batteries are getting low.' Hello Karma!"
