Chicago House
music Festival, taking place June 2 in Millennium Park and preceded by a fest pre-party on Navy Pier and a house music conference and open house at the Cultural Center. The announcement Thursday from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events said the 2024 event will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the genre and Chicago as house music’s birthplace.
