As someone who entered politics at 20 and has always advocated for more opportunities for young politicians, I got used to pushing back against . Now that I have the opportunity to lead a , I am seeing firsthand how this bias can be aimed at older people as well. And never more so than in our current political climate, where everywhere he goes.
