Instagram post on Mother's Day which saw her with a bruised eye and a facial scar as fans quizzed the mum on what had happened. The reality TV favourite, 32, posed in sweet snaps on Sunday with her beloved Debbie and her three-year old-daughter Loretta, as the happy family enjoyed Mother's Day together in the countryside. Lydia was then quick to set the record straight as she later explained that she had underwent a secret surgery to remove a mysterious lump from her eye. After fans bombarded the mum with questions about her bruises, Lydia replied: " I had to have an op to remove a lump. It looks worse than it feels." And after another concerned fan commented: "Is your eye ok?? Your an amazing mum," Lydia responded: "Getting better thank you." Alongside the story, she penned: "Good Morning and Happy Monday. Feeling recharged, rested and so positive after the weekend's trip and reading your messages. Thank you." It comes just days after Lydia's daughter Loretta was rushed to hospital after suffering a fall. Last week, the star took to her Instagram Stories to share an update with fans as she discussed the difficulties she had faced this week.
