Premier League plots FFP alternative The Evening Standard reports that United are interested in Nice left-back Melvin Bard. They claim that the 23-year-old is being discussed as a summer transfer target amid the injury woes of Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia this season. Bard has made 28 appearances for the Ligue 1 side this season with Nice owned by United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos group. The Frenchman's current contract expires in June 2026.
