Women star Stacey and her team help families make their homes better by clearing things they don't need, reusing old items and recycling. In the latest episode, they came up the road to
Scotland to help a family with three young children in their messy house. Mum Charlie told them that she works all day while her husband Keith looks after their three kids at their Falkirk home. But, while Charlie is at work, Keith doesn't do much cleaning because he's busy looking after their children. Sadly for Charlie, she had to go back to work just three months after having her youngest child which meant that Keith took some time off work to look after their kids - but it appeared Keith has been busy putting the kids first and avoiding cleaning. This made Stacey worried about the state of the house and where their kids were growing up. (Image: BBC) Stacey felt uneasy and exclaimed: "We have opened the loft, we have opened the three sheds, and every single room in the house is full. I don't know if we're promising too much. I am genuinely scared for this one, I'm nervous." Inspecting the house, the crew revealed an overwhelming amount of belongings, including 131 pairs of shoes, 29 tins of paint, 30 remote controls, 22 toothbrushes, and 500 items of baby clothes. Keith had 144 t-shirts. When asked if he wanted Stacey's opinion, he declared: "Not really." Stacey, irritated, snapped: "I think that if we go to between 12 and 15 that is more than enough t-shirts." Sorting through the t-shirts with Keith, Stacey spotted one that said: "Your mum would love me." Keith shared: "That was my pulling t-shirt but it never worked." Stacey couldn't hide her disgust: "Come on Keith, you're better than that." Charlie got emotional opening up to Stacey (Image: BBC) Keith later discussed how he went bankrupt during the recession and now invests in collectible coins, hoping to increase their value for his children. Co-host Dilly stepped in when Keith tried to keep lots of kids' clothes that were all over the house. Dilly said: "Keith, remember, you're returning to work next week, and you won't have time to sort clothes every night after work. This is your chance to adjust your habits and realize that having fewer clothes per child makes it easier to locate items." BBC viewers took to
Social Media to note the tension during the episode, as many called on Keith to make a change. One viewer too to X, formerly Twitter, to say: "Keith is really testing even Stacey's patience #sortyourlifeout," and another person agreed: "Stacey is ready to swing for him". Another said: "Stay at home dad. Stay at home and do nothing. He's bone idle while that poor woman and new mum goes to work." Another chimed in: "He's clearly trying his best but he could try harder. So she works 5 jobs, returning 12 weeks after giving birth... and he sits at home amongst all that s*** most of which is his." While another said: "Stay at Home Dad has clearly not been pulling his weight #Sortyourlifeout." I know it's causing a strain on her mentally and emotionally. It's always hard to admit you need help with anything." Luckily, the pair were thrilled with the transformations made by Stacey and her team. The previously cluttered bedrooms were turned into beautiful, light-filled spaces, including a home office and a shared bedroom for two of their young boys. The once messy sunroom was converted into a large play area for all three children. Get the latest celebrity gossip and telly news sent straight to your inbox.
