Rupert Murdoch’s lieutenant Robert Thomson unleashed a grand global news project on Wednesday with the corny name of Knewz.com.
“We live in a world of vexatious verticals, of crass clickbait, of polarised perspectives and fallacious, fact-free feeds – Knewz is knowing and needed,” the publisher of the
Australian and the Daily Telegraph said without a hint of irony.
