Stacey Solomon has delighted parents by sharing a genius way to keep children entertained and occupied for hours during their school holidays. The Loose
Women star and mother-of-five, 34, may have catapulted to fame thanks to her incredible singing skills, but over the years, Stacey has become equally known for her amazing DIY abilities, organisation tips and genius home hacks. And now, with her children off school for the Easter holidays, the Sort Your Life Out presenter has revealed her 'easy' way to keep children entertained over the school holidays and it uses just two store cupboard ingredients. In a video uploaded to
Instagram Stacey shared a video of herself making 'homemade play sand', with the help of her children Rex, 4, Rose, 2, and one-year-old Belle. Having learned from her experience of accidentally ordering too much sand for Rex's sandpit a few years ago, Stacey decided to take matters into her own hands and make 'sand' using some plain flour and coconut
Oil. In the tutorial, the doting mum-of-five shared a clip of herself, Rex, Rose and Belle putting the mixture together and playing with it in their hands as if it were the real deal. "Making our own sand with flour and coconut better than ordering sand and ending up with a Ton of it like I did a few years ago," Stacey wrote. Social Media as she claimed: "I've got abs for the first time in my life." The proud mum sported a pink two-piece, revealing her flat and toned midriff. With her two youngest children playing around her feet, Stacey lifted up her top as she looked on in amazement. But in a bid to be as honest as possible, she took one picture of herself in her active wear, which she claims to suck her in. And in the other picture she pulled her leggings down to her hip to reveal that she still has a tummy which she is proud of. After sharing her post, the former Loose Women panelist was bombarded by congratulatory messages from her fans. Standing in front of her mirror with some of the comments on screen, she said: "I've had so many lovely messages like this lately, but I thought it was really important to come on here and say when I take the gym clothes off I look like this..." She added: "Which is also really pretty and a really lovely body and I just feel like it's important to show that." Removing a can of deodorant and a hairbrush from under breasts, she then joked: "Don't get me wrong, I've got abs for the first time in my life, but I can still very comfortably lay down on my hip without feeling a thing and when I take my sports bra off, there's still enough weight and length in my boobs to hold my gym essentials." She continued: "Deodorant, a hairbrush, you name it, these babies can hold it! But yeah I just posted that for anyone who might need to see it today or ever." The TV personality then uploaded the video onto her grid and captioned the post saying: "Just because I think it’s important to see you can have abs (some days) and also have hip cushions and a womb!!! You’re perfect & I’m sure the bodies you may aspire to, look different, depending on the day/clothes/hormones/angles." She went on to say: "I’ve been consistently going to the gym for nearly a year! Wahoo (I know who am I?) But that means I spend a lot of time in gym wear which is specifically designed to hold you together & support you so you don’t get a nipple in the eye on the treadmill! " Stacey then said: "So just thought I’d show you my body underneath because I don’t think we see it enough. Do what makes you feel good & that you enjoy. Your happiness is the biggest priority." Praising the star for her honesty, one person said: "Love this xx thank you for sharing. I have multiple wobbles about how I look weekly but then I remind myself that I grew my babies and I should be proud of my new body xx." Follow Mirror Celebs on TikTok , Snapchat , Instagram ,
