O’Marcaigh alleged Christian groped her legs, breast, anus and vagina. Audio clips were submitted as evidence in the case, and she said she could be heard denying his advances while he groped her. She claimed Jones was in the studio at the time of the alleged assault, and recorded the audio. Court documents indicated she could be heard saying, “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to.” The alleged victim said Christian later cornered her, groped her again, and removed his clothing. Photos of bruising on her arm were also included in the court documents. O’Marcaigh said her mental health deteriorated since the alleged attack. She claims to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as well as severe suicidal ideations. She claims to have developed an eating disorder and epileptic seizures following the alleged assault. Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing O’Marcaigh, said, “Like father, like son,” as he drew a parallel to the current , including sexual assault and sex trafficking. “It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity,” he said.
