Kanye West faces a string of allegations in a newly-filed lawsuit from a former Yeezy employee, per documents obtained by the Mirror. The controversial Carnival
Rapper is named in the legal documents filed by Ye's ex employee Trevor Phillips. He alleges he suffered "severe discrimination, harassment, and retaliation" while working for the Bound 2 and Vultures musician. Phillips was hired to work on Kanye's design business, he later went on to join his now-dropped Donda Academy. He claims he was fired by Ye last May during one of his Sunday Services, but what are some of the big claims in Trevor's lawsuit? In the lawsuit, Philips claimed that the 46-year-old artist would "proudly" share anti-Semitic rants in front of the Donda Academy students and created a toxic learning environment for the young kids. According to the documents, Kanye told two of the children that he "wanted to shave their heads” and “intended to put a jail at the school." Phillips is suing for discrimination, harassment, creating a hostile work environment, and is seeking special damages exceeding $35,000 (£27,600), attorneys' fees, and is asking for an injunction that would not allow Kanye to open any future schools for students under the age of 18 in
California. One stand-out claim in the lawsuit sees allegations Ye "can't stop looking" at pornographic material and would have "daily orgies". In the filing, Trevor states: "While lying flat on the bed and staring up at the ceiling, Kanye began to make slow up and down motions with his hand just above his genitals – as though he was masturbating." He allegedly told Phillips: "I used to have orgies every day – at least two-to-three girls. And now, man, I can’t even lay down without jacking off." Kanye allegedly used his second hand to forcefully and dramatically grab and pull the hand making the masturbatory gestures away from his crotch. He allegedly added: "I got to keep my hand away from my phone to keep me away from looking at pornos." Phillips claims he's "totally shocked and distraught" by Kanye’s "incessant inappropriate conduct, and in particular, his apparent arousal". Phillips alleged that Kanye said: "Yeah I’m going for the gays! First the Jews, then the gays" and made controversial comments that
Bill Gates "controls" homosexuals. Per the filing, Phillips allegedly asked Ye, what did gay people do? Before Kanye reportedly responded: "Gay people are not true Christians. And Gay people are controlled by Bill Gates so that they don’t have children for population control." Phillips went on to claim that Kanye also engaged in “incessant inappropriate conduct” at Donda Academy and would show off his “apparent arousal" to employees. In the lawsuit, Phillips made claims about a meeting with the rapper where they were meant to discuss the schools curriculum and horticulture, but the meeting allegedly ended up turning into an "anti-Semitic and bigoted soliloquy-topped off with
Sexual Harassment." Phillips went on to claim that despite being a Black man himself, Kanye "treated black employees palpably worse than white employees" at Donda Academy. In one incident his former employee claimed that he witnessed the rapper "commanding" a Black campus security guard to "shave his dreads" or he was going to
fire him. The employee reportedly resigned from the position after. The lawsuit at one point mentions Kanye's health, citing an alleged moment at the Donda Academy when Ye ran to the school's gardens. Phillips noted Ye was "too weak and out of shape" after he "failed to pick up" boxes of plants and flowers. "He started pulling out the plants and individual pieces inside the boxes, ripping them apart and throwing them on the floor, in a worse and more immature temper tantrum than any of even the youngest Donda schoolchildren had ever thrown," he alleges. "The crowd continued to watch in horror," Trevor claims. The Mirror has approached Kanye's representatives for comment.
