In fact, Jean Quinn says there is a natural method that works wonders - and won't break the bank. The gardening enthusiast recommends creating a 'garlic wash' by boiling two full garlic bulbs with two litres of water in a saucepan. When the garlic has softened, mash the bulbs into the liquid and sieve the solution to get rid of any skin. Once the liquid has cooled down you can transfer it into a suitable container and spray it onto the affected areas. You should notice no more leaves are being munched at anymore.
