Social Media. Although the show was later rolled out internationally, ITV has now announced there are no plans for a second season. In a statement to Metro.co.uk, an ITV spokesperson said: ‘There are no plans for new episodes of Deep Fake Neighbour Wars.’ ‘The full series will remain on ITVX for everyone to enjoy and sits alongside the many other comedies on the streamer,’ they added. At the time of the show’s released, ITV’s Head of Comedy Nana Hughes said that the show’s visuals ‘will fascinate, the world will titillate and the impressions will fixate’. He added the deep fakes were super ‘creepy’. Despite the cancellations, ITV has other releases in the pipeline, including the return of Alan Carr’s Changing Ends, and the premiere of a
