Kevin Garcia Valdovinos now faces stalking charges, according to TMZ , after he was spotted by the Duke and Duchess' security team on site at their Montecito pad. The 29-year-old was alleged to have been caught by the grounds of the home at around 2am on Monday morning. There is no confirmation yet whether Harry, Meghan and their two kids Prince Archie and Princess Lillibet were there at the time of the alleged incident.
