Amy Hart has admitted she fears newborn son isn’t breathing as she "constantly second guesses herself" as a parent.
Love Island star Amy welcomed baby Stanley last month. Amy wrote: ""Become a mum and you’ll worry forever!" How true, how true - Since having Stanley I’m very hyper aware of everything. Having suffered with anxiety before, I know and am very fortunate that I’m not suffering with postpartum anxiety (sending love to anyone who is). "But my god do I check he’s breathing by holding my finger by his nose every 30 seconds. His baby acne, blue lips, no pooing, him seeming distressed, not wanting to sleep in his cot, the list goes on. I’m constantly second guessing myself and wondering if I’m doing the right thing as I just want to be the best mum I can be. I’ve never been good at anything in my life and I truly believe being a mum could be my thang…but I’m still learning every day." READ MORE Alison Hammond

Instagram talk about it (I am forever influenced) and it’s been such a useful tool!!! I am in a ‘March 2023 babies’ group where other mums share their experiences and ask questions. With Stanley’s baby acne, I went to ask the question but someone already had, there were loads of great answers and it was another huge weight off my shoulders! There’s also a section on the app where you can meet other local mums and build your own mum tribe! "I’m really excited to be working with @peanut . As you know I only work with brands I believe in and I know how isolating being a mum can be so I was really excited to share the app with any of my followers who would benefit from it. If you're a mum, pregnant or trying for a baby, this journey can be challenging, from pregnancy to feeding and sleeping, but knowing there’s someone there to support you through the tough times can be a huge comfort."
