Met Gala was last night, and we saw some of the biggest names in entertainment walk the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in
New York City. This year’s theme was Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty which acted as the dress code for the evening. Celebrities teamed up with designers to create incredible looks, accessorizing with jewels, handbags, and even a bicycle. For some stars, they came with another statement piece: tattoos. Cardi B Cardi B has many tattoos including “Hennessey” on her left bicep, which is likely dedicated to her younger sister. Dua Lipa Dua Lipa, one of the evening co-chairs wore vintage Chanel that showcased her delicate arm tattoos. Doja Cat Doja Cat had one of the best looks, wearing prosthetics to become Lagerfeld’s cat Choupette. Her arm tattoos were on full display and looked amazing. Rita Ora Rita Ora’s see through gown showed off all her body tattoos. Her hand ink also looked edgy and fun. Taika Waititi Taika Waititi was one of the best dressed men of the night. Actress Lily Collins has “Love Always and Forever” tattooed on her back and a woman sitting on a lily pad underneath it. Dwayne Wade Dwayne Wade also wore a sleeveless look, showing off his arm tattoos. Lala Anthony Lala Anthony, Vogue’s host looked chic and classic. Her “Blessed” tattoo on her shoulder was part of the fun.
