police are searching for a missing
British man thought to be “disorientated” and lost in dense bushland after running from a campsite in the early hours of the morning.
Aslan King, 25, is believed to have hit his head during a medical episode at around 2am local time on Saturday, before suddenly getting up and running into the surrounding bushland in Princetown.
The British tourist was camping with friends at the time at a site on Old Coach Road, vanishing into the wilderness near a bridge to the south of the site.
His friends launched an immediate search but were unable to find King, who is believed by police to have potentially become disorientated. He’s described as Caucasian, with a medium build, dark short hair and was wearing tracksuit bottoms, a light grey T-shirt with grey hoodie, and green Reebok trainers.
