A 30-year-old man has died after being found with stab wounds in Edmonton on Saturday.
The Met
police said officers found the man with serious injuries on Houndsfield Road at approximately 8.15pm.
The
London Ambulance Service was also called to the incident, but the man died at the scene shortly after 9pm.
The man’s family have not yet been informed, and
Scotland Yard have stated that enquiries are ongoing to establish his identity.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody.
The death comes less than 24 hours after a 34-year-old man died in hospital on Saturday after suffering stab wounds during an incident at a chicken shop at Grove Park in Lewisham.
A police spokesperson said: “At this early stage, urgent inquiries are under way to establish the circumstances.”

A 15-year-old-boy was also hospitalised after being stabbed in a separate incident in east London on Saturday.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, and a 16-year-old boy has been arrested following the incident in Dalston Lane.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said another crime scene had been set up in the Clarence Road area of Hackney, where a knife had been found. Related...
