PRINCE WILLIAM has confessed George is fed up with school and is already reluctant to go to class.
It appears the novelty of school may have worn off for Prince George, whose four short years as future king have seen him jet-set across the world.
The Duke of Cambridge was back at the gates of Thomas’ Battersea on Tuesday when he revealed his son is a little fed up of going to class everyday.
While a nervous-looking Prince George settled in happily to his day day at school, the honeymoon period is over after just three weeks.
Prince William made the admission to a fellow parent after he dropped off the four-year-old future king.
During a visit to Milton Keynes to celebrate the new town's 50th anniversary, he told mother-of-two Louise Smith, 31, about George's reluctance.
She said: "It was really exciting meeting William.
"He told me he'd just dropped Prince George off at school and he didn't want to go. Sounds a bit like mine, really."
The Duke also stopped to say hello to Ms Smith’s two daughters Sophia, 3, and one-year-old Holly, as he toured a park festival, showcasing the best of Milton Keynes.
After George's first day at Thomas's Battersea in September, Prince William revealed the new starters had all taken the anxious moment in their stride while it was the parents who were full of nerves.
But at the time he reportedly hinted it might not always be plain sailing, saying: "We are all seeing how long that lasts before he doesn't want to go."
During his time in Milton Keynes, William also stopped off for a game of table football with a mental health service affiliated to MK Dons’ Sports and Education Trust.
William showed off his foosball skills as he took part in a match between MK Dons versus his club Aston Villa.
And when William was handed two mini MK Dons shirts for Prince George and Princess Charlotte, he was keen to make it clear he was a die-hard Aston Villa fan, adding: “There is one rule in my house but that’s it”.
