MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry’s daily routine has been revealed and it includes details about weekends away in the Cotswolds to the shows they watch on Netflix, Royal sources reported.
The Suits star and the ginger prince regularly escape Kensington in favour of the countryside - they have visited Soho Farmhouse at least twice and regularly visit Prince Charles’ Gloucestershire residence, Highgrove.
The smitten couple also appear to be big fans of Netflix with both regularly cozying up and watching shows.
The Daily Mail also reports that they enjoy the BBC’s Feud, Spiral and McMafia.
An insider said: “They’re spending as much time as they can on their own together, with lots of casual suppers and TV.”
The couple also enjoys the fine dining experience in London with both being seen at the restaurant Little House, in London’s Mayfair area.
The restaurant requires a membership to take advantage of the luxurious menu.
One member stated the couple “share plates”.
They added: “The lighting’s low and they don’t get bothered.”
The pair also like to keep fit and healthy - both enjoy starting the day off with exercise.
Prince Harry is a member of the £575 a month KX Health Club in Chelsea while Meghan regularly funs six-mile circuits around Kensington Gardens.
Before deleting her account, Meghan Markle showed off her stunning flexibility while performing yoga.
Apparently, the Suits star has been practising yoga since she was a young girl thanks to her mother, Doria Ragland, who is an instructor in their hometown of LA.
Ms Markle said: “My mom was a yoga instructor so that practice is in my blood.
“There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga…increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.”
Meghan Markle previously admitted that she sometimes struggles to make it to the gym.
She added: “Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful, but I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterwards. Euphoric, almost!”
The Suits star is not thought to have a personal trainer.
The future Duchess is also a big proponent of shopping with the 36-year-old previously spotted on King’s Road in Chelsea.
Before Christmas Meghan was seen in Heidi Klein, an upmarket beachwear store - this set rumours swirling that she and her future husband could be planning a holiday before their wedding.
Whole Foods is also believed to be the couple’s supermarket of choice.
The pair also have a slew of cars to get them around London with Prince Harry owning a mightily fast Audi RS6 - they have also been spotted in a Land Rover Discovery.
Meghan’s dog is also a vital part of the couple’s routine - the actress had to leave her oldest dog, Bogart, in Canada when she made the move to London due to his age.
The 36-year-old’s beagle, named Guy, resides in Nottingham Cottage with the smitten couple.
The dog regularly receives walks around their home - however, the couple was seen buying a Christmas tree at Battersea Park in December.
