
Twenty-year-old pop-rock juggernaut Olivia Rodrigo, who last headlining shows in Denver were at the Mission Ballroom, is trading up for the cavernous Ball Arena as part of her 2024 Guts Tour. The new road dates, named after her sophomore album released on Sept. 8, will bring her to Ball Arena on July 30, 2024. Registration for access to tickets, as promoter Live Nation calls it, is open now through 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17, at . Fans are being asked to register ahead of tickets going on sale “to help block bots, reduce resale and get more tickets directly into the hands of fans who want to attend the show,” promoters wrote. “Once registration closes, fans will be randomly selected to receive a code that grants them access to the sales on Wednesday, September 20 and Thursday, September 21.” Ticket prices were not immediately available. Rodrigo, who last played Denver April 11-13 at Mission Ballroom, is known for paying tribute to her punk, alt- and indie-rock forebears. That makes her choice of openers particularly notable, including ’90s alt-rock titans The Breeders, as well as PinkPantheress, Chappell Roan, and Remi Wolf.
