Three people have been taken to hospital with two of them seriously hurt following a crash in Swansea . The incident, which involved a car and a motorbike, happened on Mumbles Road at 8.15pm on Wednesday, September 7. The driver of the car, a 59-year-old local man, was treated for minor injuries at Morriston Hospital. The 22-year-old male motorbike rider along with his 19-year-old female passenger were taken to hospital with serious injuries. police is investigating the cause of the crash. A spokesman for the force said: "At 8.15pm on Wednesday emergency services were called to a road traffic collision on Mumbles Road which involved a car and a motorcycle. The driver of the car, a 59-year-old man from Swansea, attended Morriston Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. "The rider of the motorcycle, a 22-year-old man from Port Talbot and the passenger, a 19-year-old woman, were also taken to hospital with more serious injuries.
