The distribution is payable July 17, 2023 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2023. AECOM, the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share as part of its ongoing quarterly dividend program. The dividend is payable on July 21, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 6, 2023. The TJX Companies today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.3325 per share payable August 31, 2023, to shareholders of record on August 10, 2023. The board of directors of Johnson Controls International, the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, has approved a quarterly dividend of $.37 per share of common stock, payable on July 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2023. This represents a $0.01 cent increase over the previous quarterly dividend. Johnson Controls has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887. UnitedHealth Group announced an increase to its dividend and provided an update on its 2023 annual shareholder meeting. The Board of Directors authorized a 14% increase to its quarterly cash dividend. A cash dividend of $1.88 per share, will be paid on June 27, 2023, to all shareholders of record of UNH common stock as of the close of business June 19, 2023.
