However, the caption has set fans speculating over whether the family of three may now already be a family of four. Instagram alongside the snap, Gorka said: "Home time with my girls before we became four." Immediately fans jumped into the comments to quiz Gorka and Gemma whether their new arrival was here or not. One fan wrote: "Became?! Has Gemma had the baby?!" Another added: "Before we became 4 ??? Has the little man arrived?" "Became or become??" asked a third. A fourth commented: "Is baby boy here?!" Another sleuthing follower questioned: "I notice you’ve put “became four”. Does that mean these pictures were taken before today, baby number two is now born & to put people off the scent you’ve posted them today". He explained: "After the Strictly series I always like to take some down time to spend quality time with Gem and Mia. "I am grateful for the work but I also think spend time with family is important.
