Cross Mike Sullivan’s name off the list of potential candidates for the Rangers head coaching

Sullivan, 55, has been at the helm in Pittsburgh since he was promoted from the club’s AHL affiliate relatively early on in the 2015-16 season and led the franchise to back-to-back Stanley Cup titles in 2016 and ’17.
