Manchester City player missing from the squad preparing to face
Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Pep Guardiola confirmed Ake's absence on Tuesday as is still to recover from the calf injury that has kept him out of the last two City fixtures - including the away draw at the Bernabeu in last week's first leg. There had been external doubts over Rodri and Kevin De Bruyne after City's win at Everton, with Rodri appearing to pick up a knock at Goodison Park and De Bruyne on the bench as an unused substitute. However, Guardiola has confirmed there are no concerns over either midfielder.
