William and Kate have delighted royal fans by sharing a behind the scenes look at the coronation weekend.
Prince William and
Kate Middleton posted short version of the video on
Twitter , linking to a much longer version on
YouTube. They said: “The Coronation Weekend. A film by Will Warr”. In the film entitled ‘The Coronation Weekend - Behind the scenes with The Prince and Princess of Wales’ we see a little snippet of Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis looking from the inside of Buckingham Palace out of the window at the crowds, looking nervous before going onto the balcony. Prince William’s voice then says: “King, Country and Commonwealth,” then ‘God save the King’. The documentary style shows people arriving in
London for the glittering event and also the walkabout when William, Kate and Charles surprised people outside Buckingham Palace. We see William and Kate meeting dignitaries at a Buckingham Palace reception before more footage of preparations. The bits royal watchers will be really interested in are those segments showing Wills, Kate and the children behind the scenes as they get ready for the coronation, dressed in their finery. A later segment shows Louis and Charlotte going out of
Kensington Palace - with Charlotte unable to contain her joy and excitement. Royal fans were delighted at the film.
