
A subway in Cardiff city centre has been closed by
police following a reported serious sexual assault. The area remained taped off on Saturday following the reported sex attack. South Wales Police received a report in the early hours of Saturday, April 1, alleging a woman had been seriously sexual assaulted. The subway where the assault is alleged to have happened is one of several that run at the southern end of North Road and Boulevard De Nantes close to Cardiff Castle. Queen Street in Cardiff city centre has been cordoned off and inquiries are ongoing." It is understood nobody has been arrested in connection with the incident.
