Safety on film and TV sets is under renewed scrutiny following the fatal
shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins by
Actor and producer Alec Baldwin during production on Rust, a western being filmed in New
Mexico.
Baldwin, who has been questioned and released by the Santa Fe authorities, also shot director Joel Souza in what has been described as an accident involving a prop gun.
