Piers Morgan has hit out at those “spewing their gleeful joy” at US president Donald Trump’s
Coronavirus diagnosis.
Trump revealed that he and his wife Melania had tested positive for Covid-19 in a tweet on Friday morning.
After the news made headlines across the globe, Piers took on those celebrating Trump’s diagnosis, calling the people wishing him dead “despicable”.The Good Morning

Dr. Sean Conley, physician to the president, also claimed Trump would continue to “carry out his duties without disruption while recovering”.
The
first lady also tweeted, confirming that both she and the president had tested positive as had “too many Americans... this year.”
