France . The 24-year-old influencer enjoyed a swanky trip to hit the slopes in Courchevel alongside her boxer fiancé Tommy Fury , also 24, their 14-month-old daughter Bambi and some pals. She’s also shared some stunning snaps from their holiday on Instagram, decked out in designer skiing gear – including Celine ski goggles – but she’s now said that her enjoyment of the holiday was impacted by a health condition. The
Love Island star explained that she had been in severe discomfort whenever she put on her ski boots and skis due to having ‘collapsed arches’. While seated on a button lift taking her up to lunch at the chalet, Molly shared: ‘The only really frustrating thing about my skiing is that because I have collapsed arches in my feet… I’ve got completely flat feet, I’m talking slabs of meat, there is not an arch at any point of my foot whatsoever.’ She continued: ‘I find that my feet hurt so much when I ski because of my collapsed arches. ‘I don’t know what it is, but next time I come away I am definitely going to get some ski boots made for my feet because, honestly, I feel like I would ski so much better if I wasn’t in so much pain.’ According to the NHS, having flat feet or ‘fallen arches’ is common, generally isn’t a sign of something serious and won’t cause any problems or stop you from doing any activities, including sports. However, it can cause pain around your ankle or aching in the sole and arch of your foot, with shoes likely wearing out more quickly. Painkillers, stretches and exercise, and special insoles in shoes to help support your feet can help, as well as wearing wide, comfortable shoes with a low heel.
