Chelsea Flower Show’s inaugural Children's Picnic. When Kate was asked to sign her name by one of the children, she replied: "I can't write my name, but I can draw." When asked by a second pupil for an autograph, Princess Kate explained: "My name's Catherine. I'm not allowed to write my signature, it's just one of those rules." Instead, she drew a picture of a flower, a tree and a pond with plants. King Charles has also previously declined to sign an autograph, stating: "Sorry, they don't allow me to do that." It's believed Royal Family members aren't allowed to sign their autographs in order to prevent the risk of them being forged.
