Molly-Mae Hague admitted to her fans that she's struggling with body confidence. The
Love Island star revealed she wasn't looking forward to summer as it's "too hot to cover up" during a Q&A session with her
Instagram followers. As one fan asked the influencer for tips after admitting to "struggling with body confidence in the run up to summer" Molly-Mae, who shares daughter Bambi with fiancé Tommy Fury , replied: "Can relate! I genuinely think that's why I don't love summer because it's too hot to wear tracksuits and cover up! Which is sad really. "Just know you're not alone with this one... but truthfully no one cares about how your legs look in those shorts or how your arms look in a vest. I have to remind myself of this too!" The influencer was also asked if Bambi is walking, to which Molly-Mae replied: "She's not actually yet! I think technically this means she's a little bit behind from what I see online. I really don't worry about when she does things... every baby is so different. "My best friend's baby has been walking since she was 9 months. Bambi is 14 months and it still hasn't happened yet (not even a step alone bless her). It'll happen when it happens." Sharing a
YouTube video with her 1.7 million subscribers, she said: "For me at the minute, swimsuits are the one. I’m not a bikini girl at the minute because I just don’t have the confidence." "Right now with my body, I need anything that is going to give me confidence because I genuinely feel like with time, my confidence with my body is actually getting worse. It’s irritating me." Molly-Mae recorded the video while in Barbados, where she acted as bridesmaid for her long-time manager and friend. She continued: "I really felt on this trip that I [was] going to embrace it, I don’t care, my new mum body, I’m proud of it, and I am. But at the same time I’m finding it hard to accept that I’ve got a real journey to start if I want to feel more confident in my body." The Love Island star later opened up on her Instagram Story about her body confidence journey. "I'm not finding it particularly easy," she told fans. "I always knew the second I fell pregnant that accepting my new post-baby body wouldn't happen overnight." "I'll get there. I'm hoping I'll fall back in love with a healthy/balanced lifestyle again soon... it's not happened quite yet, but I know I need to be patient with myself." She concluded: "Postpartum mummas also struggling with this... be kind to yourself." Follow Mirror Cele bs on TikTok , Snapchat , Instagram ,
