The talented musician, who was a two-time Grammy winner and collaborated with famous artists like and , tragically passed away with the cause of his young death not yet revealed. Casey's death comes just before his 46th birthday which he would've celebrated on March 31st. Casey was well-known and loved for his role as one of the original band members in the famous band the Robert Glasper Experiment. Friends Mark Colenburg, Robert Glasper, and Chris Dave, were all in a famous band called the Robert Glasper Experiment. They made many great songs during their time including their hits I Stand Alone and Jesus Children. Their music was so popular and widely enjoyed. During his time with the group, they won two Grammy Awards. When Derrick shared photos of Casey, including one where they are playing music together, fans wrote kind messages.
