Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are now officially divorced. A
Los Angeles Superior Court made their nearly three-year marriage officially over on Tuesday (March 19). This comes six months after Ariana, who is 30 years old, asked to divorce Dalton, a 28-year-old property broker. The couple had already been apart for more than a year, according to the court papers. The divorce was finalised swiftly as the former couple, who have no children, had agreed before they got married about what would happen if they split up. They agreed on the terms of their settlement in October, and had to wait the required six months before a judge's order could make it official. California, Ariana said the reason for the split was that they couldn't resolve their differences. The couple started dating in January 2020, and lived together during the pandemic. They appeared together in the video for Justin Bieber's charity single Stuck With U in May of that year and announced they were getting married in December.
