Check out the for The Crow below: Who stars in The Crow alongside Bill Skarsgård? Along with It and Barbarian’s Skarsgård, The Crow stars FKA Twigs (Honey Boy), Isabella Wei (1899), Danny Huston (Wonder Woman, Succession), Laura Birn (Foundation, The Innocents), Sami Bouajila (Ganglands, A Son), and Jordan Bolger (The Woman King, The Book of Boba Fett). “Soulmates Eric Draven (Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA twigs) are brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them,” the official synopsis reads. “Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.” The Crow is directed by , who previously made 2012’s
SNOW White and the Huntsman and 2017’s Ghost in the Shell. The script was written by Zach Baylin and Will Schneider, while Edward R. Pressman, Samuel Hadida, Victor Hadida, Molly Hassell, and John Jencks serve as producers. The remake will be the fifth installment in The Crow franchise, which began in 1994 with the Brandon Lee-starring movie directed by Alex Proyas. It was followed by 1996’s The Crow: City of Angels, 2000’s The Crow: Salvation, and 2005’s The Crow: Wicked Prayer, the latter of the two being direct-to-video releases. There was also a television series, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, that aired from 1998 to 1999. The new remake, which is based on James O’Barr’s limited comic book series from 1989, has had a troubled production. It was initially announced a remake of The Crow was in the works over a decade ago and, since then, many directors and writers have signed on and then departed from the project. A number of actors have also been previously attached to play Eric Draven prior to Skarsgård’s casting, including
Bradley Cooper, Jason Momoa, Jack Huston, and Luke Evans. The Crow releases in
