The investigation followed a Monday police report filed by an unidentified concert-goer claiming they were “struck by an item thrown from the stage.” Cardi B’s lawyers, Drew Findling, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, said in a statement reported by multiple outlets that they were notified of the result and were appreciative of the police department’s resolution. The rapper was not mentioned by name in the police department’s statement, but her appearance last Sunday at Drai’s Beach Club in Las Vegas matched the address on the incident report. If the items cause property damage to a venue, fans can also face criminal mischief or vandalism charges.
