Shocking footage from
Chicago shows desperate people in makeshift migrant camps in
police precincts. Videographer Rebecca Brannon has filmed beds on the floor of precincts in the city - which has declared a state of emergency - with young children running around nearby. She said she found the camps at eight different police stations she visited. As a result of the problem, the city has looked to use different sites to house people, including Wright College in the Northwest of Chicago.
